Grandfather's tradmark Royal Hawaiian Seasoning was created by Joseph Lau, born 1912 on the island of Oahu, over half a century ago, long before retiring as the Chef from one of the oldest and most prestigious golden era resorts on Waikiki Beach. Today in his mid-90's "Grandfather" still over sees all aspects of the production of his original Hawaiian seasoning.
